I have to get used to the zipper to put it on without help, otherwise it hurts a lot and it is very comfortable

It definitely does so much better than I expected, I wouldn’t recommend going straight to the smallest setting tho, hurt my back badly and breathing was difficult. 😭 Otherwise its great, not a lot of adjusting to do once you put it on and its surprisingly a good quality. Very comfortable.
